    The Receiving Coordinator under limited Supervision performs Order Fulfillment, Consumption, Shipping and Receiving duties; responsible for receiving and incoming materials, receipt and inspection of all goods for the facility and may be required to support Warehouse dock functions as needed.

     

    Responsibilities

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Fully aware of weekly/daily bottling schedule. Work with Glass logistics and Warehouse Supervisor to plan and utilize staging locations for all inbound glass and materials.
    • Familiar with all duties that pertain to receiving items into NAV.
    • Ensures adherence to proper receiving protocol and SOP’s. Verify product and counts on all incoming loads against packing slips and BOL’s, where applicable
    • Communicate with Purchasing and vendors to ensure timely supply of bottling lines and cellar
    • Assist in the development of new tools/procedures in the ERP system
    • Alerts bottling leadership to any changes or variations in materials
    • Performs cycle counts and item inventory verifications as assigned.
    • Point person for damaged inventory awaiting rework.
    • Ensures inventory accuracy by utilizing proper labeling and location systems, daily reconciliation and physical inventory methods.
    • Expected to participate and/or lead annual/bi-annual inventories.
    • Communicate potential supply issues with Bottling leadership.
    • Relieve/assist material handler(s) as needed
    • Completes all other work or tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
    • Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Demonstrate strong math skills.
    • All other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

    • Computer literate with experience using MS Office Suite (specifically Outlook, Word and Excel)
    • Able to make movements and shipments in Microsoft NAV.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and with multiple internal and external customers in an environment with constantly shifting priorities.
    • Must be highly detail oriented to ensure accuracy of inventory, data, transactions, entries, etc.
    • Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. 

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school diploma
    • 3-5 years related job experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing priorities.
    • Demonstrate strong math skills.

    LANGUAGE SKILLS

     

    • Advanced English language skills including ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals. 

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATIONS 

    • Forklift certification is a requirement for this position.
    • Clamp experience will be required but will train the right candidate. 

    WORKING CONDITIONS  

    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk to hear.  The employee frequently is required to sit and reach with hands and arms. 
    • The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. 
    • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. 
    • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. 
    • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
