    Under the direction of the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for providing marketing support to various Vintage Wine Estate brands. This position will assist in leading the creative and execution of new brand development as well as assist with any ad hoc projects across the portfolio as requested.




    Working as part of the larger marketing team, provide support to the Marketing Director, Sr. Vice President of Sales and President to develop new business, provide creative direction and input on packaging and brand development, create and manage promotional programming and work collaboratively cross-departmentally to ensure the department meets budgeted goals.




    • Work collaboratively on the creation of new product development from concept to execution, including creative direction and management of stable of designers.
    • Ensure timely delivery of brand assets to the sales team via the trade site, email, etc.
    • Lead with coordination of tasting notes, bottle shots and any required/requested collateral with vintage rolls and bottling transitions.
    • Work collaboratively with social and digital teams to provide assets and support for flash campaigns and partnerships.
    • Leads sample requests for product placement, competitions, wine writers, etc. as needed.
    • Work closely with demand planning, production and sales teams to forecast and manage production.
    • Analyze sales, market and consumer data to provide insight and recommendations for SKU rationalizations, category reviews, pricing analysis, etc.
    • Work closely with other departments – winemaking, hospitality, DTC – to represent the brand holistically and ensure continuity in messaging across channels.
    • Assist with creation and tracking of annual budget and spend for marketing programs and initiatives.
    • With direction of Director, support sales team with additional marketing assets and requests as needed.
    • All other duties as assigned.




    • BS/BA in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant field
    • Five years of wine or CPG experience
    • Proven track record in managing projects and ability to prioritize within a dynamic environment
    • Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office – particularly Outlook, Excel and Power Point

    • This position is predominately performed from a seated position

    • Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Willingness to travel as needed for company functions
